We only collect data strictly necessary to deliver our private chauffeur service.
Data provided via the booking form
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Trip details: date, time, pick-up and drop-off locations, flight number if applicable, type of service requested
- Any additional information you freely provide in the "message" field
Browsing data
- IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit date (for security and anonymous statistics)
No sensitive data (origin, health, political or religious opinions, etc.) is collected. No payment information is entered on the website: all payments are processed separately after the trip.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to:
- Contact you in response to a booking or quote request
- Organise and deliver the transport service
- Issue invoices and maintain compliant accounting records
- Improve service quality and handle any complaints
- Comply with our legal obligations (notably tax and VTC)
4. Legal bases
Processing is based, depending on the case, on:
- Your consent given when submitting the form
- Performance of the transport contract entered into with you
- The legal obligations to which I.G Limousines is subject
- Legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the site and the quality of service

Your data is intended exclusively for I.G Limousines and the chauffeur assigned to your trip. It is never transferred, rented or sold to third parties.

- Booking and trip data: 3 years from last contact, then archived in an intermediate database for the legal accounting period (10 years)
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
- Browsing data: 13 months maximum
- Unfollowed-up requests: 3 years from last contact

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights at any time:

8. Cookies and trackers
The website taxi.alleyesonme.agency uses no advertising cookies nor third-party audience trackers (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be set (for example to remember your language preference). These cookies are exempt from prior consent in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

The site is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption). Booking data is transmitted securely. I.G Limousines implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
10. Transfers outside the European Union
Your data is hosted in France (OVH, Roubaix). No transfer outside the European Union is carried out as part of our activity.
